INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 230g radish
- 🧅 1 small green onion
Broth Base
- 1 handful dried anchovies
Seasoning
- 💧 1000ml water
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
PASSOS
Add 1L of water and 1 handful of dried anchovies to a pot to make broth.
Slice the radish thinly.
In a pot, add the sliced radish, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp salt.
Pour the prepared broth into the pot.
Bring the soup to a boil.
Slice the green onion finely and add it to the soup.
Simmer the soup until the radish is tender.
