INGREDIENTES

- 1 sheet fish cake
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
PASSOS
Slice the onion and cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add the onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add the fish cake to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Mix the seasonings with 5 tbsp of water and pour into the pan. Stir-fry for 30 seconds over low heat.
Serve the stir-fried fish cake mixture over rice. Optionally, top with a fried egg for added flavor.
