INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage
- 🍗 100g chicken breast
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍚 1/2 bowl cooked rice
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp allulose or syrup
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
PASSOS
Remove the core of the cabbage, slice it thinly, rinse under water, and drain.
Slice the chicken breast diagonally along the grain.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp minced garlic, and sauté over medium heat.
Add the sliced onion and stir-fry quickly.
Add the drained cabbage and stir-fry over high heat.
Once the cabbage softens, add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry together.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp fish sauce, and 1 tsp allulose or syrup. Stir well over high heat.
Create a space in the center of the pan and fry an egg.
Serve the stir-fry over rice, garnish with parsley flakes, and enjoy.
