INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 360g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, chopped
Protein
- 🧈 1/2 block tofu, mashed
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1 pinch baby salt
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp mirin
PASSOS
Mash the tofu and mix it with ground pork. Chop the onion and green onion, and add them to the mixture.
Add the seasoning ingredients (oyster sauce, salt, mirin) to the mixture.
Add 2 tbsp of flour to the mixture.
Wear gloves and knead the mixture thoroughly.
Shape the mixture into palm-sized patties.
Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan.
Flatten the patties gently with your palm and place them in the pan.
Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
Place the cooked patties on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
