INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped kimchi
- 1 tbsp Korean gochujang
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp canola oil
Toppings
- 1 tbsp crushed seaweed
PASSOS
Chop the kimchi finely to enhance the flavor and texture.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add canola oil, chopped kimchi, gochujang, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
Add cooked rice to the pan, drizzle sesame oil, and mix well to create the fried rice.
Fry an egg in butter until semi-runny and place it on top of the fried rice.
Garnish with crushed seaweed and serve hot.
