INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 3 strips pickled radish
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice
- 3 sheets seaweed for gimbap
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- 🧈 30g butter
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan, add 4 eggs, and 2 pinches of salt. Stir continuously over low heat to make scrambled eggs.
Place 2 bowls of cooked rice in a mixing bowl.
Add the scrambled eggs and 30g butter to the rice.
Add 3 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp sesame seeds to the rice mixture. Mix well.
Place a sheet of seaweed with the rough side up. Spread 1/3 of the rice mixture evenly, leaving 1.5cm at the edge.
Place one strip of pickled radish on top of the rice.
Roll the seaweed tightly, then brush the surface with sesame oil to prevent drying.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and slice the roll into 1.5cm thick pieces.
