INGREDIENTES
Seaweed
- 10 sheets dried seaweed
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 2 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Cut the dried seaweed into thirds, then halve each piece again to create thin, long strips.
Toast the seaweed strips in a dry pan over low heat until they turn slightly green.
Add sesame oil, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and sesame seeds to the pan.
Continue stirring over low heat for 2–3 minutes until the seaweed is crispy and well-seasoned.
Store in a plastic container at room temperature for up to 3–4 days.
