INGREDIENTES

- 6 crab sticks
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🥕 2 tbsp minced carrot
- 2 tbsp minced zucchini
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
PASSOS
Mince the carrot and zucchini, preparing about 2 tablespoons each.
In a bowl, whisk 3 eggs and mix in the minced vegetables. Add a pinch of salt and stir well.
Cut the crab sticks in half lengthwise and shape them into heart forms. Secure the shape with toothpicks.
Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add cooking oil. Place the crab stick hearts on the pan and fill the heart shapes with the egg mixture using a spoon. Cook both sides until golden.
Let the cooked crab stick hearts cool slightly, then remove the toothpicks. Trim any excess egg around the edges for a clean look.
