INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 600g radish, sliced
- 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp perilla seed powder
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Slice the radish into thin pieces.
Marinate the sliced radish with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp sesame oil for 5 minutes.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and toast 2 tbsp perilla seed powder.
Add 1.5 tbsp fish sauce to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Pour 500ml water into the pan and bring to a boil. Add the marinated radish and cover the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add 800ml more water and bring to a boil again. Add chopped green onion and 1 tbsp minced garlic. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
