- 🐟 80g smoked salmon
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
Seasoning
- 80g fresh okara
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Thinly slice the onion and soak it in water to remove bitterness. Drain the water once done. Mix smoked salmon with lemon juice in a container and let it sit for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the fresh okara, mayonnaise, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the onion and smoked salmon to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
