INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🌱 8 snap peas
- 🥕 100g carrot
Protein
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Condiments
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🥫 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
PASSOS
Remove the strings from snap peas and cut them diagonally in half. Cut the carrot into 5mm thick sticks.
Boil water in a pot, add snap peas, and cook for 1 minute. Remove and cool in water, then drain.
Using the same pot, boil carrots for 3 minutes. Cool in water and drain.
In a bowl, combine snap peas, carrots, tuna, white sesame seeds, mayonnaise, and salt. Mix thoroughly to coat evenly.
