PASSOS
Remove the strings from the snap peas. Boil water in a pot, add the snap peas, and cook for about 1 minute. Drain and rinse under cold water, then pat dry.
Cut the crab sticks diagonally in half.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ponzu sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil. Add the snap peas and crab sticks, then toss to combine.
