INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Canned Fish
- 190g canned mackerel in water
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 3 shiso leaves
- 1 myoga
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Sauce
- 🥛 150ml unsweetened soy milk
- 50ml concentrated men tsuyu
- 💧 100ml water
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
PASSOS
Slice cucumber thinly, rub with salt, let sit for 5 minutes, rinse, and squeeze out excess water. Cut shiso leaves into thin strips and slice myoga diagonally. Mix cucumber, shiso, and myoga in a bowl.
Remove skin from canned mackerel and mash with a fork. Mix with soy milk, men tsuyu, water, and sesame. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Heat 800ml water in a microwave-safe container for 10 minutes at 600W.
Add somen noodles to the hot water, ensuring they are submerged. Stir gently to prevent sticking.
Microwave noodles for 2 minutes longer than the package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Serve noodles in a bowl with chilled sauce and top with the vegetable mixture.
