INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
- 🍚 210g cooked rice
- 🧀 Mozzarella cheese as needed
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and remove skin and fat.
Mix soy sauce, corn syrup, cooking wine, sesame oil, ketchup, gochujang, minced garlic, and black pepper. Marinate chicken for 15 minutes.
Slice vegetables. Use half of the green onion for cooking and the other half for garnish.
Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry sliced onion and green onion over high heat.
Add marinated chicken to the wok and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Check if chicken is fully cooked, then add rice. Reduce heat to low or turn off heat to prevent sticking.
Mix rice with chicken and stir-fry over high heat until evenly combined.
Transfer stir-fried rice to a gratin dish and top with mozzarella cheese. Microwave for 2 minutes at 700W.
Garnish with sliced green onion and serve.
