INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 pack soft tofu
- 1 handful enoki mushrooms
- 1/2 zucchini
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 green chili
- 1 liter anchovy kelp broth
- 3 tbsp soybean paste
- 1 tbsp red pepper paste
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
PASSOS
Cut zucchini and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the base of enoki mushrooms and rinse them in water.
Slice the green onion diagonally.
Slice the green chili into thin rounds.
Cut the soft tofu into chunks while maintaining its shape.
Pour anchovy kelp broth into a pot and dissolve soybean paste and red pepper paste.
Add zucchini and onion to the pot and bring to a boil.
Add enoki mushrooms, red pepper powder, and minced garlic to the pot and continue boiling.
Gently add the soft tofu to the pot.
Add green onion and green chili, then serve hot.
