INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🥚 3 medium eggs
- 2 chikuwa
- 🥬 3 leaves of lettuce
- 1 spicy cod roe
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp concentrated mentuyu
- 🧈 10g melted salted butter
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Cut the chikuwa diagonally into 4 pieces. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Remove the roe from the spicy cod roe casing.
Boil a pot of water and cook the eggs for 8–9 minutes. Cool them in cold water, peel, and cut into quarters lengthwise.
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl, including the spicy cod roe.
Arrange the lettuce, eggs, and chikuwa on a plate. Drizzle the sauce over the top and serve.
