INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 pack soft tofu
- A handful of baby sprouts
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of sesame seeds
PASSOS
Mix soy sauce, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sesame oil, sugar, and minced garlic to create the oriental dressing. This dressing is enough for 4 servings.
Place baby sprouts on a plate and drain the soft tofu before placing it on top.
Drizzle 1 tbsp of oriental dressing over the tofu and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Serve and enjoy your dish.
