INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 9 pieces of rice cake
- 9 pieces of sausage
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSOS
Prepare the sausages and rice cakes.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients to make the sauce.
Blanch the sausages and rice cakes lightly.
Skewer the sausages and rice cakes alternately on sticks.
Heat a pan with oil and pan-fry the skewers on low heat until golden brown.
Remove the skewers from the pan and set aside.
Simmer the sauce in the pan over low heat for about 30 seconds.
Add the skewers to the sauce and coat them evenly by flipping them in the pan.
Once the sauce is absorbed and evenly coated, remove from heat.
