INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- Pinch of black pepper
Soup Base
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥛 250 ml soy milk
PASSOS
Separate egg yolks and whites. Mix the egg whites. Slice the onion thinly.
Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide strips.
Heat salad oil in a pot, add bacon and onion, and sauté over medium heat until softened.
Add the soup base ingredients (consomme, salt, pepper, soy milk) and heat over medium. Add egg whites and stir while cooking. Mix in grated cheese.
Serve in a bowl, place the egg yolk in the center, and sprinkle black pepper on top.
