INGREDIENTES

- 🥔 5 potatoes
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 450 ml water
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tbsp corn syrup
- 2.5 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
PASSOS
Peel and dice 5 potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
Rinse the diced potatoes in water to remove excess starch.
Heat a frying pan and add 3 tbsp of vegetable oil.
Add the drained potatoes and sauté until the surface turns golden brown.
Pour 450 ml of water into the pan.
Add 5 tbsp of soy sauce.
Add 6 tbsp of corn syrup.
Simmer the mixture on medium heat until reduced by two-thirds.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle 2.5 tbsp of sesame seeds.
Mix the sesame seeds into the potatoes and transfer to a serving dish.
