INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🍖 300g pork neck
Seasoning
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
PASSOS
Mix the seasoning ingredients in the specified ratios.
Make shallow cuts on the pork neck to help the marinade penetrate.
Coat the pork neck with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour for better flavor, or cook immediately if short on time.
Heat a pan and place the marinated pork on it. If possible, use charcoal grilling for the best flavor.
