Seasoning

- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
PASSOS
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
