INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 300g ground pork
Oil
- A small amount of canola oil
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- A dash of black pepper
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- A small amount of sesame seeds
PASSOS
Place ground pork in a pan and drizzle a small amount of canola oil. Stir and break apart the meat while frying until fully cooked.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, minced garlic, and corn syrup. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Stir-fry until the seasoning is evenly absorbed by the pork.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and give it a final stir before serving.
