INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 1 can mini spam
- 🧈 1 block tofu
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 1 handful enoki mushrooms
- 🥒 1 small zucchini
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 1 cup water
- 🍬 2/3 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2/3 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Slice the spam into small pieces and prepare the tofu block by cutting it into slices.
Chop the onion, green onion, zucchini, and prepare the enoki mushrooms.
Layer the blanched spam at the bottom of a pot.
Place the tofu slices on top of the spam layer.
Add the chopped onion, green onion, zucchini, and enoki mushrooms on top of the tofu.
Mix minced garlic, sugar, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, and water to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the layered ingredients in the pot.
Simmer the dish on medium heat until the sauce thickens and the ingredients are fully cooked.
