INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage, shredded
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
Protein
- 100g spam, sliced
Batter
- 6 tbsp flour
- 5 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 100 ml water
Seasoning
- 🧄 2 tsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 chili pepper, chopped
PASSOS
Shred the cabbage and slice the onion. Chop the green onion.
Mix flour, potato starch, and water to create a batter.
Slice the spam and add it to the batter.
Heat oil in a pan and start frying the pancakes.
Place batter with spam pieces into the pan and fry until golden on both sides.
Prepare dipping sauce by mixing garlic, sugar, chili powder, soy sauce, corn syrup, vinegar, sesame oil, and chopped chili pepper.
