INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥦 1/2 broccoli
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic
Protein
- 1/2 can spam
- 🥚 4 eggs
Dairy
- 🥛 4 tbsp milk
- 1 handful pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
PASSOS
Mix 4 eggs, 4 tbsp milk, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper to prepare the egg mixture.
Sauté 4 cloves of garlic with 1 tbsp margarine over medium heat.
Add all prepared vegetables and spam to the pan and stir-fry until the moisture from the vegetables is released.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan, letting it settle as the ingredients sink.
Reduce the heat to low and gently stir the egg mixture for 1-2 minutes, moving cooked edges to the center.
Add cheese on top (optional) and place reserved toppings over the cheese.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes on low heat.
