INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block spam
- 🥚 1 egg
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Seaweed to taste
Sauce
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp water
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
PASSOS
Dice the spam into small cubes and pan-fry until golden brown over low heat.
Beat the egg well and make scrambled eggs over low heat.
Combine soy sauce, sugar, and water in a pan and simmer for 15 seconds over low heat.
Place scrambled eggs and spam on a bowl of rice. Drizzle the sauce over and add mayonnaise to taste. Sprinkle seaweed on top.
