INGREDIENTES

- 1 can of spam
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 green chili peppers, sliced
- Mayonnaise, as needed
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
PASSOS
Cut the spam into cubes and soak in hot water with a drop of vinegar. Drain and pan-fry until golden.
