INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 can spam
- 2 packs soft tofu
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 green chili pepper
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- A pinch of black pepper
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
PASSOS
Crush the spam using a plastic bag.
Heat a generous amount of oil in a pot and stir-fry the spam until golden brown.
Add 3 tbsp of chili powder and stir-fry to create chili oil. Add sugar at this stage.
Add soy sauce and cook briefly to enhance the smoky flavor, then add oyster sauce and stir-fry for another minute.
Pour in 300ml of water and bring to a boil, letting it simmer to reduce slightly.
Cut the soft tofu into thick pieces and add to the pot.
Add green onion and a pinch of black pepper, then simmer until bubbling.
Serve the Spam Soft Tofu Stew hot.
