INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato, diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 chili, sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
Protein
- 🍖 1 can of spam, diced
Seasoning
- 🧂 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of black pepper
- Generous sprinkle of sesame seeds
PASSOS
Prepare the vegetables: dice the potato, onion, bell pepper, and slice the chili.
Dice the spam into bite-sized pieces.
Mix soy sauce, corn syrup, sesame oil, black pepper, and sesame seeds to create the sauce.
Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain.
Blanch the spam briefly in the potato water, then drain.
Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the potatoes for 3-4 minutes.
Add the spam to the pan and stir-fry together for another 2 minutes.
Add all the prepared vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until they are slightly softened.
Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and mix well. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle sesame seeds generously over the dish and serve.
