INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 piece hanpen (100g)
- Seaweed flakes, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1/3 tsp wasabi
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌾 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASSOS
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and make crisscross cuts in the flesh. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Roughly chop the green onion and cut the hanpen into 1 cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients (mentsuyu, wasabi, sesame oil, and white sesame seeds).
Add the avocado, green onion, and hanpen to the bowl with the seasoning. Mix gently, then sprinkle with seaweed flakes and toss lightly. Serve in the avocado skin.
