- 🥩 1 pack beef brisket slices
- 🌱 600g bean sprouts
- 5 chili peppers
Seasonings
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Prepare beef brisket slices, bean sprouts, and chili peppers.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the beef brisket slices and cook over medium heat until 2/3 done.
Place bean sprouts on top of the partially cooked beef, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add chili peppers to the dish.
Mix oyster sauce and soy sauce into the dish using a spoon.
Add a pinch of salt and sesame oil, then stir everything together.
Serve the dish in a bowl and enjoy the flavorful broth along with the meal.
