INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 250ml anchovy stock
- 1 green chili
- 🧅 a small amount of green onion
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp ginger wine
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 🧂 a pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Mix all seasoning ingredients to create a spicy sauce.
Prepare a clay pot and layer half of the sliced onion at the bottom. Spread a small amount of sauce over the onion.
Slice the tofu thickly and layer half of it over the onion. Generously spread sauce over the tofu.
Add the remaining onion and tofu in layers, spreading the remaining sauce over the top.
Pour the anchovy stock into the pot. Once it starts boiling, reduce to medium-low heat and spoon the broth over the tofu as it simmers.
Adjust seasoning with salt if needed. Add chopped green onion and green chili, and let it simmer briefly before serving.
