INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 kg cleaned chicken
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 stalk white part of green onion
- 2.5 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 💧 1.5 L water
- 🧂 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🥔 1 medium potato
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧂 to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
PASSOS
Clean the chicken by removing the skin, cutting it into smaller pieces, and rinsing it under water. Drain and pat dry.
Heat a pot and add sesame oil and cooking oil. Sauté minced garlic and the white part of the green onion until fragrant.
Add red pepper flakes to the pot and stir-fry briefly to release the aroma.
Add the chicken pieces to the pot and stir-fry until the surface of the chicken is cooked.
Pour in water and add soy sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer.
Slice the potato into 1 cm thick wedges and add to the pot.
Slice the onion into thick strips and add to the pot. Continue simmering.
Slice the green part of the green onion diagonally and add it to the soup. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
