INGREDIENTES
Broth
- 600ml kombu anchovy broth
Main Ingredients
- 5 dumplings
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍄 50g oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1/2 green chili pepper
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Slice the onion thinly.
Cut the green onion diagonally.
Chop the green chili pepper finely.
Tear the oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Beat the egg in a bowl.
Bring the kombu anchovy broth to a boil with onion and mushrooms.
Add chili powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add dumplings and cook until heated through.
Add green onion and chili pepper.
Turn off the heat and drizzle the beaten egg over the soup.
