INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 8-10 frozen dumplings
- 1 green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 chili peppers
- A small amount of seasoned seaweed
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1-2 tbsp chili oil
- 💧 4 cups water
- Black pepper to taste
PASSOS
Slice the onion thinly.
Cut the green onion lengthwise and then into small pieces.
Thinly slice the chili peppers.
Beat the egg thoroughly.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green onion until softened.
Add water to the pan and bring it to a boil.
Add the onion and chili peppers to the boiling water.
Add the frozen dumplings to the pot.
Once the water boils again, add minced garlic, soy sauce, chili powder, sugar, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Reduce heat and pour in the beaten egg. Let it cook until set.
Turn off the heat and add seasoned seaweed, sesame oil, and chili oil.
Serve and enjoy your spicy dumpling soup!
