INGREDIENTES
Dumpling Wrappers
- 24 dumpling wrappers
Meat Filling
- 200g ground pork
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
PASSOS
In a bowl, mix ground pork and all ☆ seasonings until sticky.
Place filling on dumpling wrappers, wet the edges with water, fold in half, and seal. Wet again and fold the ends together.
Boil water in a pot, add dumplings, and cook until they float. Remove and set aside.
In a bowl, mix all ★ sauce ingredients together.
Serve dumplings on a plate, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with chopped green onions.
