INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
- 1–2 chopped chili peppers
- 🧄 A small amount of minced garlic
- A small amount of cooking oil
Spicy Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASSOS
Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms, rinse lightly, and tear into large pieces.
Chop 1–2 chili peppers finely.
Slice green onions thinly.
Prepare the spicy sauce by mixing gochujang, chili powder, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, corn syrup, and water.
Add the chopped chili peppers to the sauce and mix thoroughly.
Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic on low heat for about 20 seconds.
Place the enoki mushrooms on top of the sautéed garlic.
Cook the mushrooms until they release enough moisture, maintaining low heat.
Pour the prepared sauce over the mushrooms and simmer until the liquid reduces and thickens.
Garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and a drop of sesame oil before serving.
