INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 6 chicken wings (360g)
- Potato starch, as needed
- Vegetable oil, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp doubanjiang
PASSOS
Make cuts along the bones of the chicken wings.
Place the chicken wings and seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, ginger, doubanjiang) into a resealable bag. Massage the mixture and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Lightly pat the chicken wings dry and coat them evenly with potato starch.
Heat vegetable oil to 170°C (340°F) in a pot, about 4cm deep. Fry the chicken wings until golden brown and cooked through, turning occasionally.
