INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦑 200g cleaned squid
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
PASSOS
Wash the squid and pat dry. Slice the body into 1cm strips and cut the tentacles into pairs of equal length.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, gochujang) in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the squid and stir-fry quickly until the color changes. Add the sauce and continue stir-frying until well coated.
