INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 3 cups radish greens
- 3 green chilies, sliced
- 🧅 1 cup chopped green onion
Meat
- 🥩 250g beef for soup
Liquid
- 💧 8 cups water
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
PASSOS
Wash radish greens 2-3 times, squeeze out water, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice green chilies and green onions.
Heat a deep pot with 2 tbsp cooking oil and 2 tbsp sesame oil.
Add beef and stir-fry until partially cooked.
Add 3 tbsp red pepper powder and stir until it absorbs the oil.
Pour 8 cups of water into the pot and bring to a boil.
Add 3 cups of radish greens, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp fish sauce, and 1/3 cup soy sauce. Simmer on low heat.
Once the soup is well-simmered, add sliced green chilies and green onions. Simmer briefly and serve.
