- 200g bean sprouts
- 50g chives, chopped
Seasonings

- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili oil

Boil water in a pot, add bean sprouts and chives, and cook for about 1 minute. Drain thoroughly.
