- 🥔 250g new potatoes
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
PASSOS
Cut the new potatoes into bite-sized pieces with the skin on. Soak them in water and drain. Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Drain any excess water.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, miso, chili paste) in a bowl. Add the cooked potatoes and mix well.
