INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 1 salmon fillet
Tofu
- 🧈 150g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 100g bean sprouts
- 50g kimchi
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Condiments
- 1.5 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
PASSOS
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sear the salmon until golden on both sides.
Add water, chicken stock powder, sake, kimchi, and bean sprouts. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Scoop tofu into bite-sized pieces with a spoon and add to the pot. Simmer for 1-2 minutes on low heat.
Turn off the heat and dissolve miso into the soup. Warm gently until just below boiling.
Serve in bowls, drizzle with chili oil, and garnish with chopped green onion.
