INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 3 pieces pollock roe
- 1/2 block tofu
- 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 zucchini
- 2 king oyster mushrooms
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1-2 chili peppers
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp fermented shrimp
- 500ml anchovy broth
PASSOS
Slice zucchini, onion, king oyster mushrooms, chili peppers, and pollock roe.
Pour 500ml anchovy broth into a pot.
Add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic to the pot.
Add 1 tbsp red pepper powder to the pot.
Once the broth starts boiling, add the pollock roe.
Add tofu to the pot.
Optionally, add enoki mushrooms if available.
Add green onion and chili peppers for a refreshing kick.
Season the stew with 1/2 tbsp fermented shrimp.
Simmer the stew until all ingredients are fully cooked.
