INGREDIENTES

- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves (160g) cabbage
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- To taste chili oil
PASSOS
Cut the cabbage in half lengthwise, then slice into 2cm-wide strips.
Layer half the cabbage in a microwave-safe container, then spread half the pork on top. Repeat with the remaining cabbage and pork. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes until the pork is cooked. Remove the wrap, let cool slightly, and squeeze out excess moisture.
Add the ponzu sauce and chili oil, then mix well.
