- 100g kimchi
Seasoning
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi granules
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Liquid
- 💧 600ml water
PASSOS
Cut sausages diagonally in half. Slice onion into bite-sized pieces. Cut asparagus into thirds.
In a pot, add dashi granules, water, sausages, onion, and kimchi. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add cherry tomatoes and asparagus, simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
