INGREDIENTES
Vegetable
- 🥕 1 carrot
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Toppings
- to taste white sesame seeds
- 🧅 to taste chopped green onion
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 2 tbsp ground white sesame
PASSOS
Slice the carrot diagonally into thin pieces, then cut into 1cm strips.
Cut the pork belly into 4cm wide strips.
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the sesame mayo sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add carrot and stir-fry until softened.
Add the sesame mayo sauce and stir-fry until the liquid is absorbed. Serve on a plate and garnish with white sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
