- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
- 100g Chinese jellyfish
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 🧅 1/4 green onion, minced
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
- 🌰 to taste white sesame seeds
PASSOS
Julienne the cucumber and mince the green onion.
Place the peeled shrimp and sake in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, combine the Chinese jellyfish, shrimp, cucumber, green onion, chicken broth powder, and chili oil. Mix well.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
