INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 300g firm tofu
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 5cm green onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 200ml water
Thickening Agent
- 1/3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
PASSOS
Cut the tofu into 4 equal pieces. Slice the shiitake mushrooms and green onion. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the pork until its color changes.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, miso, doubanjiang, and water) and mix well.
Add tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and bean sprouts. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
